About Our Pastor

Pastor Kevin Theodore Hart, Sr. walks as a testament to God's love and faithfulness. He is truly called of God to serve and infuse hope to those who the world has deemed unusable.

He is married to the anointed woman of God, Elder Darlene Hart, and together they have five children. Pastor Kevin and his family served under the guidance of his father, the late Bishop William F. Hart, Jr.

He accepted the assignment of ministry leader of the Christian Families with Authority (CFUA), the Men's Ministry, and the Facilities Ministry. On October 29, 2010, Pastor Kevin was installed as Interim Pastor of Christian Tabernacle Church of God and was officially installed as the Senior Pastor on May 1, 2011. He has become the man both his mother, the late Dorothy Mae Hart, and his father had envisioned him to be, and he is irrefutably God's mouthpiece.

Pastor Kevin is a man with a passion for making a difference in the lives of others and is relentless in his pursuit for souls. Pastor Kevin's life truly is evidence that "there is nothing too hard for God to do," no matter how bad things look in the natural, no matter what statistics may indicate. This belief is evident in his challenge to the church as a whole to "LOVE FIRST AND ASK QUESTIONS LATER!" Pastor Kevin is a man after God's own heart, and he studies to show himself approved. He has studied and continues to study at some of the following 

* Southern Baptist Bible College

* Howard University School of Divinity

In 2019, Pastor Hart earned a Master of Divinity degree from the Samuel DeWitt Proctor School of Theology @ Virginia Union University

He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Payne Theological Seminary
